Your UK and European data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, individuals may have the following rights.
The right to be informed
You have the right to clear information about how your personal data is collected and used.
The right of access
You may request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and receive a copy of relevant information.
The right to rectification
You may ask us to correct inaccurate information or complete information that is incomplete.
The right to erasure
You may ask us to delete personal data in circumstances where the legal requirements for erasure apply.
The right to restrict processing
You may ask us to limit the way information is used while a matter is investigated or in other circumstances provided by law.
The right to data portability
Where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means, you may be entitled to receive information you provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
The right to object
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests in circumstances recognised by law. You have an absolute right to object to processing for direct-marketing purposes, including related profiling.
The right to withdraw consent
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Rights relating to automated decisions
You may have rights relating to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
The right to complain
You may raise a concern with us and may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country.
In the United Kingdom, the supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner’s Office. You can also use the ICO’s complaint service.
European Economic Area residents may contact the supervisory authority in the country where they live or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred.
Direct marketing choices
Marketing emails sent by Menarlo include an unsubscribe option.
Individuals can also ask us to stop marketing by contacting:

We may keep a limited suppression record after an unsubscribe request. This allows us to recognise and continue honouring the preference.
An unsubscribe from Menarlo communications does not automatically unsubscribe someone from communications sent independently by another Menarlo group company, customer, platform or partner. Those organisations should be contacted directly where they control the communication.
Exercising your rights
Privacy requests can be submitted through:

Please describe the right you wish to exercise and provide the information reasonably required to identify the relevant interaction or pseudonymous identifier.
We aim to respond within the period required by applicable law. More time may be available for complex or multiple requests, in which case we will explain the extension.
A request may be refused or limited where an exemption applies, where we cannot verify the request, or where we are unable to identify information connected with the requester. We will explain the reason where the law requires us to do so.
Ordinarily, no fee is charged. A reasonable fee may be applied where permitted for requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive.
